We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada), bank transfers, and Apple Pay. For large B2B orders, we also offer invoice-based payment terms for verified businesses.
We currently deliver to all major cities across Saudi Arabia including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, and more. Shipping to other GCC countries is available for select sellers.
We offer a 14-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original condition. To initiate a return, go to your order history and select 'Request Return'. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
To become a seller, you must be a registered Saudi manufacturer or authorized distributor. Apply through our 'Sell on Modon Express' page, submit required documents (CR, VAT certificate, etc.), and our team will review your application within 3-5 business days.
